Hotel Aldeia dos Capuchos Golf & SPA

We have been clients of this beautiful hotel for many years. This hotel has excellent facilities and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is really good. I found the buffet dinner on Saturday be abit of a disappointment. There aren't many dishes for those that don't eat meat.

This is a resort hotel that would benefit from some updating. Some of the exterior is looking a bit tired and could use some freshening. In the rooms--at least the one I was in some of the woodwork has suffered water damage likely from the shower and some of the shower hardwire needs to be repaired. That said, the staff is friendly and helpful and hard working. The food is plentiful with a wide variety of choice and well prepared and presented. I was there for a conference. The hotel is an excellent choice for that purpose.

This hotel is absolutely awesome, it is placed in an awesome location away from all the craziness which allows you to really relax and enjoy your holiday, I only have 2 negatives, the first is that they need to change the shower head as it has too much pressure and the water can come out of the bath if you're not careful, the second one is that you won't find the iron and the ironing board in your room, we had to ask for these which is a bit strange for me but as I said apart before the hotel was so good and the food was on point, absolutely awesome. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone and next time I come Portugal I am definitely coming back.

Spent a week here and although were a little anxious from some reviews, found it to be wonderful. Yes some of the interior fittings are a little dated but the views, the staff and service were excellent. Main complaint was if you can't dry your hair within the 30 seconds the hairdryer works, I'd recommend you take your own hairdryer!

The room was big enough and the mini-kitchen a nice bonus. Sadly everything was a bit dated, which also cause the bathroom to have a typical "old smell". Parking and breakfast was included and quite good.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Food was good, nice Buffett selection, and great breakfast choice too. Shame we o my had one night, as facilities are great. Minor observation was the tile grout in the shower was black and mouldy, could do better. But awesome room and bed. Would definitely recommend and come back myself.

Really great hotel!!the rooms are big and very clean,the hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help,and loads of services including indoors and outdoors swimming pools and gym!the only thing that could be better is the location (it's in the middle of nowhere actually),and the power staying on a little bit longer after you remove your card :-)

Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. I once arrived early and by booked room was not ready, so they upgraded me at no extra charge. Breakfast is great and supper was also very high quality. Should you wish to go to the beach, it only takes about 5-8 minutes to drive there.
